    Known regionally for his expertise in real estate planning, zoning, development and financing; Former Adjunct professor at Creighton University School of Law teaching real estate planning, development and taxation; Member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; a trained mediator – studied with the Office of Dispute Resolution and undertook the intensive mediation training workshops offered by the internationally recognized leader in the field of mediation, ADR Chambers, through the University of Windsor in Toronto; Vast personal experience in commercial real estate; holds a Nebraska broker’s license; Member of the Nebraska, Iowa and Florida bar associations;  Founded the Commercial Real Estate Workshop (“CREW”) in 1990 -- CREW annually attracts over 400 real estate professionals from Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas; Appointed as a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Advisory Board in 2004; past President, Jewish Federation of Omaha.
